These Terms of Service govern your use of MyCareerIQ, operated by ReviveIQI ("we", "us", or "our") at mycareeriq.reviveiqi.com. By using MyCareerIQ, you agree to these terms.
MyCareerIQ is a job search pipeline tool that helps you research companies, generate cover letters, manage outreach, and track applications. You may use MyCareerIQ for your personal, non-commercial job search.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 18 years old to use MyCareerIQ.
MyCareerIQ uses GPT-4o to generate cover letters, outreach messages, and job research summaries. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending or submitting it. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation. You should verify any factual claims in generated materials.
MyCareerIQ offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are processed through Stripe. We do not offer automatic renewals — you pay for what you use. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact bryan@reviveiqi.com within 7 days of purchase.
Connecting your Gmail or Outlook account grants MyCareerIQ read access to your email threads for the purpose of surfacing job search opportunities. You can revoke this access at any time from Settings or from your Google/Microsoft account security settings. We comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
MyCareerIQ's software, design, and underlying systems are owned by ReviveIQI. The content you upload — your resume, job search data, and account information — remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your content.
MyCareerIQ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that using MyCareerIQ will result in job interviews, offers, or employment. Job search outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data provided by Apollo, Hunter.io, Firecrawl, or other enrichment services integrated into MyCareerIQ.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviveIQI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MyCareerIQ. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting bryan@reviveiqi.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of MyCareerIQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
